Help!! how can i concentrate fully on my studies

im a student of cls XII.. i m a biig day dreamer.. wheneva i sit down to learn i start dreamin of somethin else n waste lots n lots of time..plz tell me how can i concentrate fully on my studies leavin behind all my fantasies.. it isnt that im not tryin to get over it but it is that im not successful :(..
