Should we go through Refference books ??

CAN U PLEASE TELL ME , IF WE HAVE TO GO THROUGH ANY EXTRA REFERENCE BOOKS OR IF WE IF WE BE GOOD WITH TEXT IS IT ENOUGH?

The text books are enough for average students. for brilliant students ( Means those who have completed text books and want more practice) it is recommended to go through some good reference books. Although last year trends show that most of the questions are asked from NCERT books.
