It is a poem describing the West wind of Autumn and its power.
The port in the first 4 stanzas describes the activities of it on land,water, sea and sky and says it is superior.In the last stanzas he establishes a relation with the west wind and himself.He appeals to the wind to ease him.

You need not to write the question in case of Section A, B and D. Simply put the question No. and write your answer. Even in case of Section C (Grammar) the instruction will be clearly mentioned. Such as while writing editing/ omitting part, just write question No. then write answer word with one word before and after.
