Good Afternoon to the respected teachers,
I 'm a student of 12th, FMM .This course of CBSE as launched for the first time is showing much more professionalism then required. At the starting of the course it looked to be quite interesting to know about the new facts of financial markets but the heavy burden of practical has just made the students rise against the course. You would rarely find any student of 12th Fmm who would convince anyone for this course. Completion of 60 hrs of practical can be regarded as harassment for students as we came to know about completion of hours in the month of March after exams.
The practicals were also not a child's game. it included having a numeric speed of 50 wpm in class 11th and about 90 wpm in class 12 which is just like a hectic job and moreover arithemetic calculator is like anything we need perform 100d's of decimal calculations in just few seconds which is just impossible for new students.100 calculations are to be performed in about 300 seconds which means 3 seconds per question , i eould be pleased to inform that even CAT examination gives 36 seconds per questions. CBSE wants to make a interactive study relationship b/w teacher and students but they should also know that one can be interactive only when he is innovative not by harassment of students.
In addition to it the books of class 12th , FMM hasn't even arrived till now. Our parents are even surprised to know that practicals of class 12th which includes completion of 6 modules of FMM , understanding BPO feature, attending mockcalls, using of tally software for accounts and taxation software for accounts and etc., etc., an enormous list , how can be completed without even coming of books till now and just even 5 months left.
If CBSE wasn't too much sure about the course and its components, how can they play with a child's future even in a really small age. The Fmm students would not be affected by examophobia rather they would be affected by Careerophobia.
I would like you people to give me suggestions and tips to get this course as easier one if possible..
