Syllabus for CBSE Sanskrit for 10th

I am teaching sanskrlt of class 10th in army school bathinda & want to know latest syllabus & marking scheme for March 2008 exams as there is confusion over syllabus by NCERT and the same by CBSE.

There is no confusion over the syllabus given by NCERT and CBSE. The NCERT site is showing guidelines for syllabus and actual syllabus is given in CBSE website in .pdf format at the following link.

Go to page No.57 for Sanskrit syllabus (class 9th and 10th) for march 2008 exams.

I thought we give up Sanskrit in 8th Class
Is there an option NOT to have Hindi for class X
