Confusion over cbse English-A syllabus for 2007-08

I have a query regarding the new syllabus of english for class 9 and
10. our school has received guidelines acc. to which we are supposed to do
ncert books this year for course A but the CBSE website shows the same
syllabus as last year. Can you please confirm which one we have to follow?

Dear Sapna,

1. Syllabus for class 9th is not changed this year. So follow the same as it was in the previous year.
2. Only text books for Course-B have been changed. As for as the syllabus and Marks distribution is concerned, there are no changes. You can follow the same this year.
