General people/parents had the idea that CBSE is taking steps for stress free education system for the students. But it is now observed that the CBSE education system is becoming tougher day by day. Even students of Class VI had to be engaged in studies so much that he/she does not have time to devote for any other activities including games which are very much required for all round development of the children.Even in middle school level students are so panicky about the examination/passing in exam./promotion that they are becoming patients and developing psychological and other problems. I have spoken to some teachers/doctors who had endorsed such views. I would like to mention that the authorities should look into the capacities and abilities of average and below average students while framing policies. It seems that CBSE is gradually going away from these categories and framing policies looking at the abilities of the brilliant and top grade students. It is my appeal that education should not create an atmosphere of fear in the minds of the students. Will the Board please look into these aspects? I shall be thankful if I get a reply to this.
